Meet the Team
Colin Carter – Director
Colin was a builder for 28 years building and renovating some of Sydney’s most prestigious homes. Since that time, Colin became a developer, putting together DAs for Residential and Commercial Projects, leading him to this amazing project at Blacks Beach Cove, Mackay.
Colin has a wealth of experience across the building and development industry, including funding, sales and marketing
Andrew Denton – Development Manager
Andrew has worked in the Construction and Development industry for over 30 years with management roles in both private and large multinational companies and for the last almost 9 years has been co executive director of a Land development company with his brother Phillip Denton that has developed approx 1800 lots in QLD in that timeframe.
He is married to Susan and they have 3 adult children
Phillip Denton – Director
Phillip started out his working life as an apprentice carpenter and then a licensed builder. Property development has been in his blood from a young age starting his first project at 21 years old.
Over the next several years the projects have grown in size and number to the point where he joined forces with his brother Andrew and together started a property development company.
Toby Zaremba – Development Manager
Toby is a Civil Engineer with over 10 years experience in engineering. Toby has had considerable experience in all facets of the construction industry from development feasibility, construction supervision and project management.
Toby’s current role as Development Manager for Blacks Beach Cove is primarily in Project Coordination and Management of consultants, contractors and staff.
Toby also has an extensive network of contacts and strong relationships with key stakeholders such as local government, state government and key consultants.
Toby’s capabilities also includes coordination with financiers, preparation of project development cost estimates, contract administration and liaising with Council Officers regarding approvals and construction issues to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
